Yogawest is just down the road from Oddsox. Walk down Denmark Place past Bishopston Hardware and you'll find it peacefully tucked away. Although it's been a yoga studio for 20 years, Mike and Diana took over 3 years ago and transformed it - it's warm, welcoming and a lovely place to escape from the busy Gloucester Road. Classes are drop in and run every day. There are specialist classes for pregnancy and children too, so something for everyone
DragonBird Theatre instil a love for theatre, engages the imagination and facilitates creative play between parents/carers and their children.
Our sessions run for forty five minutes and start with a performance of a story, followed by an interactive play session where the parents and children re-enact the play or an adventure based on the story.
With props/puppets/songs/dance/bubble-machines/giant-nets/parachutes and many household items it's fun for grown ups and their children aged 0-5 years.
